buddah bowl
Typically a Buddah Bowl is your main meal in a bowl that consists of a grain and surrounded by veggies. I love this one because of the hearty warm flavor of the quinoa, with the added bonus of the crispy tofu and sweet potato. Topped with a drizzle of this special creamy tahini dressing. I really put a lot of different food into this one. You can try this one or make up one on your own. Start with a grain, like quinoa or rice and then pile on the veggies and whatever else you can imagine.
