All vegan recipes use whole foods from the earth while leaving animals off the menu. You won't see processed junk foods or store bought soy burgers here, but you will see tofu! Sugar is kept to the minimum; in this case I use Turbinado Organic sugar. I also do not cook with added oils, but there might be the rare instance or occasion to use coconut oil on the waffle maker, for example. Recipes that call for sautéing or browning vegetables, you can easily use water, vegetable broth, and even wine and I will guide you when doing so. Please leave out anything that you may be allergic to or on restriction. Perfect for the beginner vegan wanting to incorporate healthier options while steering clear of the junk food vegan path.
