All vegan recipes are based on whole food plant plant-based nutrition. Keeping foods and ingredients in their whole natural state with nothing processed or refined. You won't see store bought soy burgers here, but you will see tofu! No added refined sugars while some recipes may include minimal sugar; in this case I use Turbinado Organic sugar. I also do not include oils, but there might be the rare instance or occasion to use coconut oil on the waffle maker, for example. Any recipe that calls for sautéing or browning vegetables, you can easily use water, vegetable broth, and even wine. And please leave out anything that you may be allergic to or on restriction.
