vegan parmesan

With only a few ingredients, you can have a delicious, hand made vegan parmesean to spread on to all of your dishes. I enjoy mine on soups, pizza, toasted bread with pesto, salads, pasta, and whatever you like to sprinlkle cheese to!

ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews or walnuts

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

directions:

Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend. Make it in small batches and keep it on hand in the fridge for up to two months. Store it in the refrigerator and in a glass container.
